“I wanted you to know how unbelievably great it was to work with you.  I have told many people that out of all the decisions that we made regarding the wedding there were two that stood out as the best.  One was that we decided to write our own vows, and the other was that we hired you!

If you remember, Darren and I were pretty overwhelmed with all that we had left to do when I first spoke to you a month before the wedding.  After our first marathon phone call, I was struck by how passionate you seemed to be about weddings and about love.  More than that, you seemed to ‘get’ us and the vision we had for our wedding day.  Within minutes I called Darren and told him that we had to hire you!

I was so happy that you were not only able to help us with the day of coordination but that the package we had allowed us to work together on last minute decor decisions.  I really appreciated your suggestions (the cake table for one was all your idea and we LOVED it!) and also appreciated that you were very willing to make any of our wishes happen, even if it took even more coordination on your end.

As for the actual day of coordination, you and your team did a fabulous job.  We didn’t have a care in the world that day and that was all because of you.  There were a few times during the day that I laughed to myself when reflecting on all the things I would have had to think about if you weren’t there!  You were unbelievably calm and level headed yet decisive when it came to the unplanned portions of the day (the cougars! the weather!) and I’m really happy you were intent on making our dreams of having an outside wedding work when the weather wasn’t initially cooperating.

We feel so lucky to have worked with you on the most amazing day of our lives.  Please let me know if there is anything I can do to let others know how much we enjoyed working with you.  You are organized, passionate, level-headed, knowledgeable and stylish.  I can’t really think of anything else that one would want in a wedding planner!
