Callandra Caufield

Callandra is the President, Lead Planner & Lead Designer at Cherry Tree Occasions. She prefers the more light-hearted title of “Chief-Happy-Go-Lucky-Wedding-

Enthusiast”. Callandra moved to the Rocky Mountains in 1995, and is almost considered a local!  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management, and a diploma in Events and Conventions Management.

Callandra has been planning events for almost a decade.  She has experience in event management & production, decor, large corporate meetings and events, and leisure tours. Spending years in the local tourism industry has given her the inside track on hidden gems and all things unique to the Rockies. Callandra’s broad background allowed her to slip easily into planning weddings.

Cherry Tree Occasions came to life in 2009. Planning a wedding is a beautifully personal thing, and (like many of her clients will tell you), Callandra is an absolute sucker for true love. “All of the couples I’ve worked with have this amazing unique connection, and I love being part of their journey.” If you’re ever looking for Callandra during a ceremony you’ll find her tucked discreetly into a corner with Kleenex in hand. She’s sappy like that.
